BAWA equips students aged 11–18 with the skills, mindset, and experiences needed to grow as leaders and drive meaningful change. Through mentorship and hands-on training, they discover their unique purpose and passion to make a difference.
The LEAP Program empowers post-high school students to transition into adulthood as confident leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, they build key skills in leadership, employability, and entrepreneurship.
The LEADS Program guides individuals on a transformative journey toward clarity, purpose, and fulfillment through self-discovery, career alignment, and entrepreneurial growth.
